The US491 by PortWest is an ANSI Class 3 high visibility yellow Sealtex Ultra unlined rain jacket. This is 5.5 oz. Sealtex Ultra fabric design features a pack away adjustable hood and adjustable cuffs with snap closure. 2 Lower pockets with flaps are featured in front while a storm flap with a two-way-zipper and snap closure provides further protection from the rain. ANSI Class 3 Standards are met with 2" Silver heat sealed reflective tape which aligns the jacket.
